The kanji characters mean "Kaizen" meaning "change for better".
This is one of the principles of Toyota. "We improve continuously, always driving for innovation and evolution."

In July 2015, I am going to attend a summer school about Intelligent Design (ID) in Discovery Institute, Seattle. My intention for this summer school is not to debate against "evolutionists" about the similarities and differences in the point-of-view between ID and Evolution.
I want to learn more about the points-of-view of ID and Evolution, inlcuding their limitations. However, my intention is for my personal growth. Moreover, I wish to share what I will learn to my fellow Christians and probably to "seekers" that will ask my help.
Apologetics is not my gift, I think. Jesus did not debate to force people to believe. Jesus relied on God's Word.
This is my stand:
1) To evangelize (for non-believers), use the Word of God.
Believers are chosen ones...
2) For believers, additional revelations (e.g., theological studies, ID, etc.) can be shared. These are "bonuses" provided by God for our growth. However, be warned against false teachings --- everthing should be according to God's Word (discernment).
evolutionary biology depends on statistical "closeness" of different species (note that statistics involves errors)... but is this "closeness" caused by evolution? natural selection? speciation?
would it be possible to think this "closeness" exists because we are designed by one Designer? If this is true, this Designer is so great that He created diversity but still maintained uniqueness of each creature :)
the universe and life are well designed... complexly designed... accurately and precisely designed! everything are created for His glory, which men often do not understand.
