enjoy life and show love...
you cannot solve world's problems... do not carry all the burdens... we are just passers-by in this world.
Yesterday night (Japan time) I watched a live streaming from Princeton University with the Dalai Lama as guest. I was reminded that we are Humans first and our differences just come second.
Freedom is not free. Many people sacrificed to attain freedom.
However, true freedom in this finite world does not mean "selfish freedom". True freedom is "responsible freedom". We are free and the others are free; but to maintain this balance of freedom, everyone needs to constrain his/her actions so as not to hinder the freedom of others.
Yes to responsible freedom of speech, but No to rude and hate speeches. No to trolling in the internet. No to irresponsible media and journalism.
Yes to good governance, but No to ignorance and corruption.
Yes to optimism. Yes to evolving-towards-the-better society.
