Whereas, I have listened and read arguments by Evolutionists, but to my surprise I agree to 70% of their "theory". (I have some reservations because some of their points are impossible-to-be-tested guesses and some of the results miss out other possible causes and so limited --- which in reality, life is more complex.)
That is why, for me, Evolutionary Theory is winning in this scientific battle. I am doing researches in support of evolutionary theory, because some points are really possible. Now, do not think that I am not a believer of God because I believe 100% to the Creator! I don't want to focus my comment on how and why I believe God, because it would take days to discuss this --- but let me focus on these points (these are just my points-of-view):
1) Creationsts should be careful on their scientific assumptions and logical arguments. They should build their own conclusions and not just target the mistakes of evolutionists. Follow recent scientific trends and do not be old school.
2) If Creationists want to win in this scientific battle, use Scientific Method properly and not techniques of Theology. Also, do not mix emotions to the conclusions.
3) (most important yet impossible for now) Provide evidence of existence of the Creator like what evolutionists do --- they provide fossils and synthetic experiments that evolution is not just possible but real.
From the three points that I raised (certainly, there are other points), we can see that Creationists are currently at disadvantage. Yes! at disadvantage --- because why use the measure set by Science, measure set by men? WE NEED TO USE THE MEASURE SET BY GOD! Moreso, science is the prostitute of men.
"...For by your standard of measure it will be measured to you in return." And He also spoke a parable to them: "A blind man cannot guide a blind man, can he? Will they not both fall into a pit?…" Luke 6:38-39
Remember, the day will come where God will reveal Himself to the non-believers. God already revealed and is continually revealing Himself to us believers, something that non-believers have not experienced and will never understand.
Also, Jesus never forced people to believe. From history (many rejected Jesus during His time) and prophecies (read the Book of Revelation), we know only selected people will believe. Have hope. This world is not our home.
Note: I do my job in science and academe because I want to help people and communities, and this is my ministry.
